“To create one’s world in any of the arts
takes courage.”

Georgia O’Keefe

Marina Dempster is an example of the unfaltering conviction and courage needed to devote one’s life to the arts. This multi-media artist shares with us her talents in painting, sculpture, design, and photography. Marina’s yarn paintings are absolutely stunning, and her passionate eye captures the true spirit of people and places through documentary photography.

Needless to say, Marina has generously offered her time to volunteer for a torso cast, and to my great delight, she has agreed to take on the job as photographer for the Chest of Hope project. I am indeed privileged to work with such a true jewel of a human being. Thank you, Marina!
